As a designer, I find it fascinating when I come across graphic design works that utilize multiple processes and mediums. It raises questions about the rationale behind the making of such work. I used this project to explore the intersection of design and technology. using these simple visual forms, Illustrate the new direction of the graphic design practice as a result of technological advancement and new production methods that have made it nearly impossible to craft by human hand alone. This change is leading to specializations in the graphic design practice. I utilize both contemporary and non-contemporary tools, to explore the dissolving boundaries between design and production processes. Each composition utilizes at least two production processes including letterpress, silkscreen, and digital printing. Some of the processes utilized other contemporary processes such as laser cuts. The works look very simple but utilize complex processes.
